Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We accept all insurance plans except DMO plans.  All other insurance plans would be considered non-participating (Out-of-Network.)   A treatment plan will be presented to you with all applicable fees and an estimation of your insurance benefits.  Payment is due when treatment is rendered.  As a courtesy to our patients we will submit all insurance claims. Payment options are available when arrangements are made prior to treatment. 

Q: I want to get a certain procedure at your office, but I don't know if my insurance will reimburse me for it. Can we find out ahead of time?

A: Yes. Our front desk staff can submit an insurance pre-determination form to find out an estimation of what you should expect your insurance reimbursement to be and what part of our fees will be your responsibility.

Q: Do you offer options for patients without insurance?

A: Yes. In 2020 we started offering a membership program for our patients without insurance. You can find out more by calling our office.
